Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription: a pre-order on a recurring 1 month or 3 month basis. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.
Subscription
'Subscribe' is a subscription service provided by The Better Menopause. You need a 'The Better Menopause' account to purchase Products through Subscribe. Subscriptions are personal and cannot be transferred to third-party accounts.
The selection of Subscription Products and their details may change over time.
You will receive a Subscription Notification message before each order is dispatched, with order details and options to modify or cancel.
You will be charged the price (including VAT) of each Product on the day of processing, minus the applicable Subscribe & Save discount.
Time-limited special offers or promotional discounts only apply to Subscribe & Save orders made during the offer period.
The subscription discount only applies to subscribable items, not one-time purchases.
Orders are automatically shipped every 84 days until cancelled by you or The Better Menopause.
Payment will be charged to the specified method in your account. Failure to complete payment cancels your subscription.
You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time through your online account or by emailing us.
Cancellation or modification does not affect confirmed orders, and you will only be charged for those.
If you wish to cancel an order after receiving confirmation but before shipping, follow the cancellation process.
Reactivating a previously cancelled subscription may result in different discounts.
If there are issues with your delivery address, your subscription will be placed on hold until the problem is resolved.
Payment must be made in accordance with our purchase procedure, and incorrect details may cause delays or issues.
If payment is not received and you have received the goods, you must pay or return the goods within 30 days.
