HOW TO TAKE

    I have noticed a difference in my waist line, less bloated. Taking last thing at night but have to sit up for a while to digest the capsule, l do take with lots of water. Had a few urgent bowel movements that have taken me by surprise 😲. Definitely want to continue.

This works for me!

I have been using the better menopause now for 2 months and I would say I feel good! I personally didn’t have huge peri or menopause symptoms, but something definitely wasn’t right. I’m unable to take HRT, but this has been a great alternative. I will continue on my journey with the better menopause until I come out the other side!!

Never felt better

Since taking the probiotic I have felt better in a number of ways… skin and hair, gut health and less anxiety. I have moved to taking the probiotic at night which meant it had time to work whilst I was asleep and I feel that has made even more of a difference to my digestive system too.
