Nutritional Therapy Consultation: 75 minute consultation with BANT registered Nutritional Therapist specialising in women's health.

In your 1:1 session we will review your symptoms, goals, medical and lifestyle history to determine the best approach to diet and nutrition for you. You will receive a personalised diet, lifestyle and supplement plan to address your symptoms, reach your goals and improve your health and wellbeing during menopause and beyond.

I had such a helpful consultation with Jo. I found it very informative and also realistic how to make changes. The process was very professional and I’m excited to get going and see results. The ease of ordering the supplements was great. I feel very supported.

Jo's unique selling point (USP) is Jo!!

My journey with Jo as my nutritionist has spanned over 15 years, and she has been an invaluable support system through all of life's ups, downs and steadies. From health issues like endometriosis and the menopause to personal challenges like divorce and trauma, Jo has been there every step of the way. Navigating through these obstacles without her guidance would have been a very different experience!

I have tried other avenues for advice, but Jo is always my go-to solution. She provides not only a wealth of knowledge, but Jo herself is most definitely her “unique selling point”. As I grow into my fifties and learn more about how your body evolves, I see it as increasingly important and appreciate the incredible value of having someone like her in my corner to fast track my health journey. Currently, we're also working on re-adjusting my supplement program, providing perspective on what "might" be thought of as simple asks such as kefir, collagen peptides, matcha and cacoa and providing insight on protein, fibre, fat and carbohydrates.

In addition to the above, I’m incredibly excited to be exploring gene testing and gut health more so with Jo. I’m confident that she’ll provide me with the support and knowledge to keep moving even further towards optimal health and well-being.
