Better Night is a multi-nutrient formula, enriched with herbal extracts and adaptogens specifically formulated to help address menopause-related mood and sleep.

Vitamin B12 and magnesium glycinate contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system, while vitamin B6, B12, and magnesium support normal psychological function.

Ingredients in detail:

KSM-66 Ashwagandha® has been proven to enhance sleep quality, reduce sleep onset latency, promote calmness and relaxation, and alleviate stress and anxiety.

Affron®, a premium saffron ingredient standardised to 3.5% Lepticrosalides® by HPLC, contains a complex of bioactive compounds responsible for its beneficial properties and organoleptic features.

Supported by nine human clinical studies, Affron® has demonstrated efficacy in improving mood in healthy individuals experiencing occasional stress and anxiety as well as in addressing sleeplessness. Saffron may act on neurotransmitters like serotonin and dopamine while combating oxidative stress and inflammation, making it a comprehensive solution for mental wellness.

Magnesium Glycinate supports nervous system function and promotes relaxation. It helps reduce anxiety and improve sleep quality, alleviating menopause-related symptoms like insomnia and muscle cramps. The glycine (in glycinate) supports body temperature regulation, anxiety reduction, digestion, brain function, and glutathione production.

Montmorency cherry extract is one of only a few food sources of melatonin, a hormone that regulates our sleep cycles and circadian rhythms, helping improve sleep duration and quality. Additionally, these cherries are packed with antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds.

Lemon balm leaf is rich in rosmarinic acid, promotes relaxation, and reduces anxiety by modulating neurotransmitters.

Chamomile is rich in apigenin, promotes relaxation, and reduces anxiety. Its anti-inflammatory properties can also help alleviate menopause-related symptoms like hot flushes and night sweats, improving sleep quality.

Vitamin D3 cholecalciferol is needed by the body for healthy bones, muscles, and nerves as immune system support. It works by helping the body to use more of the calcium found in foods or supplements. Better Night contains a high-strength vitamin D3 suitable for higher nutrient needs during menopause. 

Vitamin B6 is a crucial vitamin that supports brain health and mood regulation. Vitamin B6 plays a vital role in the production of neurotransmitters such as serotonin and dopamine, which are essential for maintaining a positive mood and reducing anxiety.

HOW TO TAKE

How to take:

Our recommended dose to support mood and sleep 2 capsulestaken in the evening.

  • 1 hour before bed is optimal but you can take it just instead.

A  lower dose can be taken over a longer term—you can take 1 capsule each evening.

Love this and Better Sleep

Fantastic Supplement for First Time Use So Far

This review is based on finally completing the bag of my first time use of supplements during late Fall (*cool nights), and here are my experiences…am 50, and perimenopausal with a total of 3-5 terrible quality sleeps and horrid lifetime G.I. issues, before supplements. With supplements and menses cycle as well as cooling autumn nights, the sleepless nights decreased to 2-3x a month, for this month only. As for the G. I. issues, it’s improved greatly with an evening probiotic supplement in addition. Am a believer somewhat of this and am skeptical a bit, because I had had a week long withdrawal without it due to shipping time even tho am on a monthly subscribed plan. I didn’t enjoy this and had sleepless nights. Am not comfortable of gaps missing here with the mail-in subscription, for I wish it was timely, and this was reported to the BETTER MENOPAUSE TEAM, and they responded soon with help.. I also am eager to really test this during my horrid hot flash nights in late spring, summer, and early fall, and am hoping these supplements REALLY do work during those seasons more. We will see, and I will leave another review during those really hot nightly seasons of 2025.

Will Better Night make me drowsy during the day? 

Better Night® can be taken at any time of day. It may be taken in the morning to support energy and physical endurance or in the evening, to help support restful sleep.

If you have been struggling with poor sleep for an extended period, you may find that when you start sleeping well you will feel tired while your body catches up on the sleep debt.

This will improve with time, and your energy levels will

increase as you continue to get the rest you need.

When should I take Better Night? 

Take 2 capsules before bed (30 mins to 1 hour before). Keep track of how you are feeling—it might be that as your body becomes more rested, you can drop down to 1 capsule.

Can I take Better Night with Better Gut? 

Yes, you absolutely can, they work well together synergistically.

Better Gut improves the absorption of nutrients, allowing you to extract the best value from your diet and supplements, including Better Night.

I am taking HRT, can I take Better Night? 

Yes, Better Night can be taken alongside hormone replacement therapy/medical hormone treatment.

I've had cancer; can I take Better Night?

Does Better Night contain any fillers?

We worked hard to only use natural bulking and flow agents like brown rice and bamboo extract.

I have ADHD, can I take Better Night?

This is a great question, and the answer is yes you can. The magnesium, saffron, lemon balm, and ashwagandha can all be beneficial in supporting ADHD, and the supplement can be taken in a split dose of 1 capsule in the morning and night to further improve daytime mood, energy, and anxiety.

I am taking regular medications, can I take Better Night? 

Better Night contains ashwagandha; if you take any medication regularly, talk to your doctor before you start using ashwagandha supplements.

Ashwagandha can interact with sedatives, blood thinners, thyroid supplements drugs that suppress the immune system, and drugs for anxiety, high blood pressure, and diabetes.
