Better Gut

Take 1 capsule of  Better Gut every day with water. We recommend taking the supplement either first thing in the morning or right before bed.

Better Night

Our recommended dose to support mood and sleep is 2 capsules to be taken in the evening.

1 hour before bed is optimal, but you can take it just before as instead.

A lower dose can be taken over a longer term—you can take 1 capsule each evening.

Love this and Better Sleep

I've only started using it and am feeling so much better. This is the only product I could find with the specific good bacteria to support better sleep. So combined with the Better Sleep product I'm sleeping so much better. I feel back in control of myself. Thank you.

Fantastic Supplement for First Time Use So Far

This review is based on finally completing the bag of my first time use of supplements during late Fall (*cool nights), and here are my experiences…am 50, and perimenopausal with a total of 3-5 terrible quality sleeps and horrid lifetime G.I. issues, before supplements. With supplements and menses cycle as well as cooling autumn nights, the sleepless nights decreased to 2-3x a month, for this month only. As for the G. I. issues, it’s improved greatly with an evening probiotic supplement in addition. Am a believer somewhat of this and am skeptical a bit, because I had had a week long withdrawal without it due to shipping time even tho am on a monthly subscribed plan. I didn’t enjoy this and had sleepless nights. Am not comfortable of gaps missing here with the mail-in subscription, for I wish it was timely, and this was reported to the BETTER MENOPAUSE TEAM, and they responded soon with help.. I also am eager to really test this during my horrid hot flash nights in late spring, summer, and early fall, and am hoping these supplements REALLY do work during those seasons more. We will see, and I will leave another review during those really hot nightly seasons of 2025.
