So far so good

I am on my second month of using Better Night. I definitely fall asleep very quickly but still haven't managed to sleep through the night completely. I feel like I am sleeping a lot deeper but this makes me feel a bit groggy when I wake up. All on all I think I will give it a few more months to see how things improve further.

Progress!

Even after a few weeks I noticed far less bloating. The pain my hips from gluteal tendinopathy which I have suffered for 7 years is less, I am hoping as the weeks turn into months this will improve even more. Acid reflux is also slowly improving. I take HRT but without the proper attention to my gut, these symptoms were ruining my life! Even a general prebiotic was not enough. I needed one specific to menopause. Here's hoping the next couple of months will show Even more progress.
